The Watermark apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the apartment block and is accessible by both lift and stairs.

The apartment consists of an open plan lounge/ kitchen diner which includes full facilities such as a Bose Mini Sound Link II, washer/ dryer, microwave, full-sized cooker/oven and dishwasher.plus a comprehensive selection of crockery, pans etc for the "chef".
